December 14, 2014 Sing
You worship Me and you sing from your heart
Keep the words flowing freely and never depart
From the freedom of song, so open your heart and sing
It will take you to a higher place on angels’ wings
Let life flow as you sing and cherish the song
It is from your heart and will last for so long
If you trust the feeling of your heart this night
The words you sing are not important but they bring delight
Freedom is at hand as you let yourself release your gift
The burdens of your life and of today will lift
As you sing and release, the spirit flows from you
And blesses those around you as Jesus would do
Sing openly and with compassion to reveal the gift of song
It is yours to freely give to others, to no one person does it belong
Worship Me tonight and sing without any human bounds and restrictions
Keep your love and songs flowing to heaven and stand by your convictions

(1 Cor 14:15 NRSV)Â What should I do then? I will pray with the spirit, but I will pray with the mind also; I will sing praise with the spirit, but I will sing praise with the mind also.
(Col 3:16 NRSV)Â Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; teach and admonish one another in all wisdom; and with gratitude in your hearts sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to God.
(James 5:13 NRSV)Â Are any among you suffering? They should pray. Are any cheerful? They should sing songs of praise.
(Rev 15:3 NRSV) And they sing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb: “Great and amazing are your deeds, Lord God the Almighty! Just and true are your ways, King of the nations!”
