In honor of original owner William Kirkland’s birthday, Ayr Mount will display a time capsule including items that tell the story of the historic property in Hillsborough. Visitors will also be invited to write notes to leave in the time capsule, which will be opened in 2115. The free event takes place Tuesday, May 19 at 5 p.m.
