Wrightsville Beach lifted the voluntary evacuation advisory at 10 a.m., as all town services return to normal operations. The town did experience some beach erosion and tidal flooding, but no major damage or issues have been reported.
Shops and restuarants in the central business district were open, reporting little in the way of damage. And with temperatures in the 60s and clear skies, the beach strand drew plenty of beachgoers searching for shells and enjoying the weather.
