The grand opening of the newest Dick’s Sporting Goods took place Sept. 5-7 at the Mayfaire Community Center location. Wilmington’s second Dick’s Sporting Goods, the Mayfaire location is 50,000 square feet and the company’s 31st location in North Carolina and 578th in the country. The original Wilmington Dick’s location on College Road will remain open and operate as normal.
