Raquel Ivins, information technology manager for the town of Wrightsville Beach, became one of 30 people to graduate last month from the Certified Government Chief Information Officers Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
The course is designed for local government IT directors and is approximately 240 hours long.
