With its 3-0 sweep of William & Mary Friday evening, the University of North Carolina Wilmington’s volleyball team improved to 19-6 and 10-3 in Colonial Athletic Association play.
The win moves the Seahawks to second place in the conference standings, putting the team in position to host the season-ending conference tournament if they can overtake James Madison.
But first, the Seahawks have three regular season games left to play, starting with tonight’s game against Elon at Hanover Hall at 7 p.m. on the UNCW campus. It is the final game of the Seahawks’ season and seniors
Meredith Peacock, Lindsay Hartmann
and Victoria Phillips will be honored before the match.
