Sea Turtle Advisory Committee to the North Carolina Marine Fisheries Commission will meet March 19 to receive an update on the division’s At-Sea Observer Program and receive an overview about the Sea Turtle Incidental Take Permit. The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. at the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources Regional Office, 943 Washington Square Mall, Washington.
