The sustainability efforts of Wilmington homeowners Bill and Caryl Bland have been recognized by the National Wildlife Federation.
The organization dubbed the Blands’ yard a Certified Wildlife Habitat, saying the space provides an array of species with natural food sources, clean water, cover and places to raise young.
