Barton Hatcher and William Hubbard of 5757 and 5761 Highgrove Place were named 2015 Beauty Spot Outstanding Landscape Award winners in the residential category, the first time neighbors have shared the honor.
The Civic Improvements Committee of the Cape Fear Garden Club announced the awards June 4. The Reserve at Mayfaire, 1411 Parkview Circle, received the award for the neighborhood entrance category while Independence Mall, 3500 Oleander Dr., took the top spot in the business category
