K-9 Jorga to assist Wilmington police


Jorga, a search and rescue dog who has previously worked with the FBI and other government agencies is volunteering her services to the Wilmington Police Department.

Jorga specializes in finding missing persons, building searches, evidence and article search and human decomposition odor detection. According to her handler, Randy Searls, 2-year-old Jorga has found four missing people, 12, cadavers and been involved in securing five convictions.
